Hey everybody! To kick-start the 3rd week of our Learning at Home time, I've created a new Beanstack reading challenge. Many of you have used Beanstack before: during the public library's summer reading programs, or in the school library (last year). So, at least it's familiar to many of you. And, since almost all of us are reading so much more these days, I decided to start up what I hope is a FUN new challenge. All you have to do is keep track of the minutes you're reading while we're all learning at home. On MY end, I'm going to keep track by homeroom, just to see how we do. And then when we get back to school (yeah, I don't know when that'll be yet, either!), we'll have some kind of big celebration with prizes for all! I hope to have YOU help ME decide what the prizes will be!

If you've forgotten (or never learned) how to log into your Beanstack account, here's all you have to do:

  1. Log onto your Clever account

  2. Scroll down to the Libraries & Resources section and click on the Beanstack app

  3. Register for the Spring Into Reading Challenge

  4. Start keeping track of your minutes - that's it!

If you or your parents would prefer to log on using the free Beanstack app on a phone:

  1. Find the app at the Google Play or Apple App store

  2. Download the Beanstack app

  3. Search for our school

  4. Log in just as you would for Clever

  5. Register for the Spring into Reading Challenge

  6. Start keeping track of your minutes - that's it!

OK Centaurs, let's not waste any time...I know you're all reading, so log those minutes! And let's see how Mann readers meet this new Spring Into Reading Challenge!
